Two connectors. Each one signs you in with your Doing Work email and only does what is listed below.

Home Service Quotes by Doing Work

For homeowners. Free. Get quotes from local shops for a home project without leaving your assistant.

• Describe the job. Your assistant asks only what a shop needs to price it, and you can add photos.
• Check the summary. You confirm the job details and address before shops are found.
• Pick the shops. You see local shops with a plain reason for each and can remove any. Doing Work membership never changes the ranking.
• Approve and send. You see the exact message and list first. Nothing is sent until you approve.
• Compare quotes. Quotes appear in the order they arrive. Your phone and email stay private until you hire a shop.

Tools:

• quote_request_list and quote_request_status: read only.
• quote_request_update, quote_request_add_photo and quote_request_confirm_summary: write the draft request. No shop is contacted.
• quote_request_find_shops: saves a short list of local shops. No shop is contacted.
• quote_request_approve_and_send: emails the shops you approved, after a preview and your confirmation.
• quote_request_pick_shop: hires one shop, after a preview and your confirmation. It shares your phone and email with that shop and closes the request, so it can't be undone.

A read-only connection can only use quote_request_list and quote_request_status.

For shop owners on Doing Work. One flat $49 a month for the whole team.

• Today's jobs (list_jobs_today): who, where and when. Read only.
• Draft a quote (create_quote): saves a draft in Doing Work. Large quotes, or ones below your price book, show a preview first. Nothing is sent to the customer.
• Draft an invoice (create_invoice): from a finished job, for you to review. It is not issued, sent or charged.

Sign-in and access

Connecting opens "Sign in with Doing Work" on app.doingwork.work. You enter your email, type the 6-digit code we email you on that page, and choose Allow. Your assistant never sees the code. You can disconnect at any time from your assistant, which revokes its access.

Privacy

We use what you share through a connector only to run your request, as described in our Privacy Policy and its AI assistant connectors addendum. Homeowner details go to shops only after you approve, and your phone and email only to the shop you hire. Your assistant's provider handles your chat under its own terms.
