For a one-person shop

Runs on its own

Doing Work runs these on its own schedule, whether or not an agent is working. Your agent does the thinking work when you want it: quotes, scheduling, answers. It is part of your setup the way your email and calendar are, and if you already use one, there is nothing new to buy.

• Unpaid invoice reminder email. On by default, starting 1 day after the invoice goes out.
• Quote follow-up email. On by default, 3 days after the quote goes out. The shop can change it from 0 (off) to 30 days.
• Review request email after a paid job. On by default once the shop adds its review link.
• Autopay on a customer's saved card. The shop turns it on for each customer.
• Maintenance plan renewals and service due reminder emails, for shops that use plans.
• Appointment reminders, once the shop turns them on. They go by email, and by text once the shop's texting is set up.
• Payment receipts and the monthly fee statement.
