shops.setVisitSteps

Replace the shop's guided visit steps: add, remove, rename or reorder by sending the full list. Keep a step's key to keep its state on visits already going. Owner or office only. Send reset true to go back to the eight defaults.

When to use it

Use these when a worker is heading to, standing at, or just leaving a visit. Everything happens in conversation with the worker: there are no buttons for them to tap and no app to open.
