Phone booking

Doing Work: On. Calls come in on the shop's own Twilio number and are answered by the shop's own voice agent (ElevenLabs or Grok), which books callers into the shop's live availability once the owner turns on live booking. Texts to customers go by email until the shop's 10DLC texting registration is approved. See Phone setup.

How to choose

  • If your agent should run the back office end to end, check whether it can create jobs, invoices and visits, not just read them.
  • If nobody in the shop uses an agent, a tool with a mature app and years of reviews, like Jobber or Housecall Pro, is the safer pick today.
  • Doing Work is new and has no public reviews yet. Try it on a few real jobs while your current software keeps running.
