taxes.saveRate

Add or change a sales tax rate the shop charges in one jurisdiction (owner or office). You enter the rate; Doing Work never looks it up. rate_bps is hundredths of a percent (600 = 6%). Changing a rate applies to new quotes and invoices only. is_default makes it the rate used when a quote or invoice does not name one.
