# Subprocessors

These companies run parts of Doing Work for us. Each handles only what it needs for its job.

- **Fly.io** (United States, California region): runs the app, its PostgreSQL database and photo storage, on encrypted disks.
- **Cloudflare** (United States): this website, our domain and the network edge in front of the app.
- **Stripe** (United States): payments, payouts and saved cards. Each shop connects its own Stripe account.
- **Resend** (United States): sends email for us, such as sign-in links, invoices and reminders.
- **Twilio** (United States): texts and calls, only for shops that connect their own Twilio number. It runs on the shop's own Twilio account.

If a shop connects its own voice AI for calls, that provider works for the shop under the shop's account, not for us.
