Replace an unsigned quote with a new version. Earlier signing links stop working; send it again for a new link.

## When to use it

The worker changes an unsigned quote. Earlier links stop working; send the new version.

## What to tell the owner

I replaced the quote with the new version. Send it again so they sign the right one.

## Output

JSON. The response shape isn't published yet; read the fields you need and ignore the rest. Errors are `{code, message, status}`.

## Errors

| Code | Status | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| `conflict` | 409 | The record is in the wrong state for this, for example sending a quote that's already signed. Read it again and pick the next step. |
| `invalid_input`, `invalid_token`, `rate_limited` |  | Can happen on any call. See [errors](https://doingwork.work/docs/errors/). |
