Customer declines a quote or asks for changes (hosted page). Asking for changes needs a note and puts the quote back to draft for the shop to revise.

## When to use it

Customer declines a quote or asks for changes (hosted page). Asking for changes needs a note and puts the quote back to draft for the shop to revise.

## What to tell the owner

Send the person the link. They finish this step themselves on the page; you never do it for them.
