# phone.setEmergency

How the shop's voice agent handles emergency calls. Off by default. on turns it on; words are the shop's own trigger words (suggested_words are only suggestions and are never turned on for you); transfer moves an emergency call to on_call_phone; text_alert texts the on-call worker a summary and the caller's number to call back, and is also sent when a transfer fails. The agent books an emergency only into emergency open slots the shop opened (schedule.addOpenSlots with kind emergency) and promises only the booked window. on_call_phone is a worker's phone and must not be the shop's own number. Owner only.
