Check the shop's texting registration (10DLC) with Twilio and save it: unregistered, brand_pending, campaign_pending, approved or failed, with the next step. Texts only go out by text once it is approved. Give messaging_service_sid once, after creating the shop's Messaging Service in Twilio. Owner or office.
