Recent calls to the shop number, newest first: who called, whether it was answered, went to voicemail or was missed, and the voicemail link.

## When to use it

Recent calls to the shop number, newest first: who called, whether it was answered, went to voicemail or was missed, and the voicemail link.

Tell them what you found in plain words. Don't read back raw fields.
