# network.inbox

Homeowner requests sent to a shop, newest first, with trade, town, ZIP, photo ids, the homeowner's text inside an untrusted wrapper, and a new-account flag (owner or office). The street address and the homeowner's contact details come only after the homeowner picks your reply.

## When to use it

Requests and quotes are free for shops and homeowners. We will never charge lead or referral fees.

## What to tell the owner

Tell them what you found in plain words. Don't read back raw fields.
