# network.adminRunOutreach

Doing Work staff: run one outreach pass now (the job also runs on its own). Sources shops for requests waiting near them, reads their own websites for a public email or a plain contact form (no captcha, no booking widget, robots.txt allowed), then emails them, or fills the form when DW_OUTREACH_FORMS is on. Up to the daily cap (default 25) across email and forms, once per shop per request and at most once per shop every 14 days, never to an address or site that opted out. Each message links to a page where the shop can quote with no account; the link works for 48 hours (DW_OUTREACH_CLAIM_HOURS). Sending pauses on its own when the 7-day bounce rate reaches 2% or the complaint rate 0.1%. Off unless DW_NETWORK_OUTREACH is on.
