Doing Work staff: best-fit found shops for open requests waiting for shops, for a person on staff to call. Doing Work never dials them, by AI or otherwise. Shops staff put on the list come first, then licensed ones, then ones with a phone.

## When to use it

Requests and quotes are free for shops and customers. We will never charge lead or referral fees.

## What to tell the owner

Ask the person to do this with their own sign-in. Your agent token is refused here.
