Doing Work staff: record a local shop found for a needs-shops request, as an unclaimed listing. It is never shown to customers or shown as on Doing Work. Outreach (off unless DW_NETWORK_OUTREACH is on) may email it about a request waiting near it.

## When to use it

Requests and quotes are free for shops and customers. We will never charge lead or referral fees.

Ask the person to do this with their own sign-in. Your agent token is refused here.
